Dr Carly Wu graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and joined the team in January 2026. As a New Zealand-trained dentist, Carly is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge and skills across different areas of the profession.
Carly’s greatest motivation is helping patients feel comfortable, listened to, and well cared for throughout their dental journey. She takes a patient-centred approach and always strives to understand each patient’s individual concerns, needs, and goals, working together to achieve the best possible outcome for their oral health and smile.
Patients often describe Carly as gentle and caring, and many anxious patients have found her calm and reassuring approach especially helpful during treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Carly enjoys figure skating, dancing and choreography, baking, and continuing to learn about new developments in dentistry.
